Pregnancy puts unique physical and mental stresses on the body. A therapeutic pregnancy massage is designed to relax your mind and ease away the muscle aches and tightness associated with carrying a soon to be born bundle of joy. As a qualified, experienced therapist I will tailor your massage session and make sure you are comfortable during the treatment. I also have a stepstool by the table to make sure you get on and off safely.
Suitable from the 13th week onwards. Full consultation taken in the beginning to assess your wellbeing concerns and adjust the treatment to your needs. Bespoke, safe aromatherapy blend made for you and your baby, to help you relax and recharge..
The back massage will be performed with the client sideways on the massage table with bolsters and pillows to support the body and baby. (Rest of the treatment will be lying on your back, upright on the table)
