Hello, my name is Heidi Wheeler and my approach to wellness is deeply influenced by my Nordic roots. I grew up in Finland, where wellbeing is grounded in stillness, nature and the understanding that calm is essential to health.  I believe wellness is about balance, presence and creating space for the nervous system to soften and reset.

With over 15 years of professional experience in holistic therapies, my treatments are blended with multiple techniques into one seamless, restorative experience. I specialise in issues such as hormonal imbalance, anxiety, burnout and fatigue. From detailed consultation to after care advise, my sessions are unhurried and personalised, with a carefully selected aromatherapy blend made just for you.

My Aim

To help you feel calmer, more balanced and reconnected with yourself...because slowing down is essential !

My previous career was in entertainments travel and customer services which I enjoyed but deep down knew wasn’t really my true calling. Before moving to Kent and setting up my own private practice, I gained experience working at the Relax lifestyle spa in central London and providing on site massages for companies such as Diesel HQ, USwitch and Financial Ombudsman Services.

I am passionate about my work in holistic health care and can sum up my practice motto as ”Your Work is Love Made Visible”

When I'm not working, you'll find me either on the yoga mat, gardening, trialling new recipes, caring for our rescue pets or watching noir crime dramas..
