Couples Massage Workshops in Sittingbourne, Kent

Are you interested in learning how to give your partner a relaxing, de-stressing massage? Or would you like to purchase the massage workshop as a gift experience, wedding present/anniversary gift, pamper treat or birthday present?

You may be a couple, two friends, or a single who can bring a model to work on. (Male clients are accepted for the workshops) The massage course will cover how to give a safe, soothing full body massage to your partner, family or friends. This is 100% practical training covering professional, effective massage strokes for each area of the body. You’ll gain confidence to perform massage at home and learn how to adapt the massage routine to individual areas of the body. You'll be able to help your partner de-stress, ease their muscle aches & pains and create connection through therapeutic touch.

Workshop includes:

  • Expert teaching by ITEC & VTCT qualified and insured therapist for a full body massage routine (inc face, head, neck, abdomen, arms, legs, back and shoulders)
  • Use of heated massage table, towels and blankets
  • Choice of 100% natural massage oils and high grade essential oils
  • Gentle stretching and relaxation techniques
  • Trying different pressures and massage styles
  • Bottle of massage oil and handout to take home with
  • Informal, calm 1-1 private teaching in relaxed surroundings and at your pace
  • Bespoke tuition for your bodys requirements and lifestyle needs
  • After care advise, personal safety and precautions

  • The 90mins session covers basics on the back, neck, shoulders and arms - Price: £95 per couple
  • The 2hrs workshop covers upper body, head & face OR feet - Price: £120 per couple
  • The 3hrs session you'll learn different techniques, pressure points and it is a full body tailored routine inc face, head and feet - Price £180 per couple

Couples Workshops are held in a relaxed environment in my bespoke garden studio, with ample free parking and private entrance for clients.

REFLEXOLOGY WORKSHOP

Do you or your partner suffer from stress and tension? Sleep problems? Are you on your feet a lot and suffer from foot/leg pain? Would you like to learn a combination of simple pressure techniques and foot massage to help each other relax, de-stress and feel more balanced?

This workshop is a practical, private tutoring, one couple (or friends) at a time.
